Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.

We offer international shipping services within the European Union only.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once the shipment reaches your destination country. Avranches Automatic is not responsible for these charges, and they are the customer’s responsibility.

How can I check the status of my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shop@avranchesautomatic.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus return shipping costs.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at shop@avranchesautomatic.com, including your order number and a photo of the item. We review these issues on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
